 No-Attribution License Terms
- FAQs -

What is a no-attribution license?

A no-attribution license allows you to use my music without the need to provide credit or mention me as the composer in your project.

Why would I need a no-attribution license?

You might want a no-attribution license if:

  • Attribution is not possible (TV and radio ads, corporate presentation, commercials, on-hold music, events, etc.)
  • Your project requires a clean, professional appearance with no external credits.
  • You want to avoid mentioning additional creators in your credits.
  • You’re creating branded content that should appear entirely original.

If you are able to provide proper attribution, you may use my music for free under the Creative Commons (CC BY) license here.

What does the no-attribution license include?

  • Permission to use the music track without providing credit to me
  • Royalty-free music track
  • Perpetual use in unlimited projects
  • High-quality WAV file
  • A license agreement PDF

Does the no-attribution license grant exclusive rights to the track?

No, the no-attribution license is non-exclusive, meaning others can also purchase and use the same track.

Can I use no-attribution licensed music for commercial purposes?

Yes, the no-attribution license permits both personal and commercial use.

Are there restrictions on how I can use no-attribution licensed music?

You can use the music in most projects, including YouTube videos, films, games, podcasts, and ads. However, you cannot:

  • Resell in isolation – any resale must have the music synchronised with other media. Sound effects, or recorded vocals or dialogue layered over the track do not count as synchronisation.
  • Redistribute through music distribution services (e.g. DistroKid, CDBaby), or submit to streaming services (e.g. Spotify) or online stores (e.g. iTunes).
  • Claim ownership of the track or register it with a copyright collection society (e.g. ASCAP, BMI, Content ID).

Does the no-attribution license include stems or project files?

No, the license includes the final track only.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of digital goods and licensing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
